Due to the relevance of the topic and at the request of the Ministry of Industry, our company informs you about an international practical internship on the topic “Best practices and innovations of leading European meat processing manufacturers.”
The internship is organized jointly with the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry and will take place from November 10 to 16, 2024 in Europe.
This internship highlights the issues of the leading companies’ innovative activities in order to learn the production cycle of various types of meat processing products (sausages, meat delicacies), products from bull meat, products from cattle meat, etc. During the internship, delegates will learn the technological aspects of sausage and delicatessen production at the leading European enterprises, learn about the development and competitive advantages of European companies in the production of new sausages, products with low fat content and products with high protein content, and you will learn about the technical equipment of the company with modern and advanced equipment and technologies.
During the program, the issues of the technological cycle applied stages of processing at the visited companies will be learned, the production of slaughter waste processing using waste-free technologies will also be visited, and issues of production and supply of high-quality and environmentally friendly products will be discussed.
During the internship in Europe, visits to advanced companies and their production sites are planned, such as:

- VION FOOD GROUP – production facilities in Boxtel, the Netherlands
- BIGARD GROUP – production facilities in Quimperle, France
- COREN – production facilities in Frigolouro, Spain
- TOENNIES – production facilities in Altenburg, Germany
During the program, delegates will learn about improving the quality, safety and competitiveness of products, the latest developments and the introduction of new and modernized equipment at visited companies according to the program, etc.
