“Innovations in the production of automotive hydrogen fuel cells. Innovative developments on the example of leading UK manufacturers”. The internship is organised in association with the UK Chamber of Commerce and Industry and takes place from 16 to 22 May 2021 in the UK.

This internship covers modern automotive hydrogen fuel cell manufacturing based on the example of advanced UK companies, competitive advantages of the companies visited, the equipment and technologies used. As part of the programme delegates will visit factories and production sites leading European enterprises, such as:
- CERES POWER (BOSCH) Redhill (UK) factory
- ITM POWER – plant in Sheffield (UK)
- CPH2 – Doncaster plant (UK)
- INGERSOLL RAND – plant near Dublin (Ireland)
As part of the internship, delegates have the opportunity to see the production facilities of leading companies in Europe, as well as meet with their experts and discuss such issues as the technological process in the development of this type of energy storage devices for trucks and cars with electric traction, the creation of fuel cell units in which hydrogen oxidation and electricity generation takes place, the creation of advanced fuel cells with proton exchange membrane (PEM), the integration of fuel cells as the main source of energy in the transition to electric traction, issues of commercialisation of technologies In addition, the delegation will visit scientific and research centres of British manufacturers of hydrogen fuel cells, about the processes of improving the technological processes of products, etc.
