Due to the relevance of the topic and upon request of the Ministry of Industry, our company informs you about an international practical internship on the topic “Best deep grain processing practices and innovations of leading European manufacturers.” The internship is organized jointly with the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry and will take place from November 24 to 30, 2024 in Europe. This internship highlights the issues of innovative processes of leading companies to study the production cycle of deep processing of cereals, processing of corn for the production of starch products, etc.
During the internship, the delegates will learn the technological aspects of deep grain processing, learn about the new technologies used to produce liquid threonine and liquid lysine concentrate (CLL) and the production of new types of starch products, learn about the production of modified starches for food and industrial purposes, technologies for the production of resistant maltodextrins, organic acids (lactic and citric acid), xanthan gum and other products. The delegation will also learn the automation of production, discuss the release of new products at the visited enterprise and the modern equipment used.
During the internship in Europe, the visits to the advanced companies and their production sites and production lines are planned, such as:
- VIVESCIA – production facilities in Reims,
- France SKIOLD GROUP – production facilities in Hasselager and Horning,
- Denmark AGROKONCERNAS GDP – production facilities in Kurshenai,
- MMW GROUP – factory and office in Konstanz, Germany
During the program, delegates will learn about improving the quality, safety and competitiveness of products, the latest developments and the introduction of new and modernized equipment at visited companies according to the internship program, etc.
