In the course of the programme delegates will get acquainted with the modern production of chocolate products, with technologies for improving the quality of products on the example of advanced foreign companies, learn about the developments and innovations, and competitive advantages of European companies in the production of chocolate products and the applied technologies data products, materials and equipment. In addition, the delegation will learn about the technological process of production, applied equipment and others and will visit lines production chocolate products, etc.
During the programme, the delegation will visit leading enterprises such as:
- LINDT & SPRUNGLI – plant in Kilchberg, Switzerland
- MARS Incorporated – plant in Veghel, Netherlands
- FERRERO factory in Stadtallendorf, Germany
- TONY’S CHOCOLONELY – plant in Borsbeek, Belgium
In the course of the programme delegates will learn about the latest developments and introduction of the new and upgraded equipment for the confectionery industry, technological aspects of production and practical opportunities to increase the output of chocolate products and their sales, will discuss issues assortment, raw materials and production technologies of competitive products, will see master classes during practical visits to the production sites of leading companies, and also get acquainted with the work of modernised automated systems and the latest equipment used in visited chocolate factories.
The programme includes meetings with representatives of the management and technical specialists of relevant institutions and companies, who have experience in these issues in the countries of the internship programme.
