Due to the relevance of the topic and upon request of the Ministry of Industry, our company informs you about an international practical internship on the topic: “Best casings for sausage and meat products practices and innovations of leading European manufacturers”.
The internship is organized jointly with the Belgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and will take place from 3 to 9 November 2024 and additionally from 1 to 7 December in Europe.
This internship highlights the innovative activities issues of the leading companies in order to learn the production cycle of various types of food casings for sausage and meat products (collagen food casing, collagen edible/inedible casing, fibrous casing, cellulose casing, etc.), learning of Trunet’s patented products, innovative collagen-based products, familiarization with a variety of individual finishes application of the revolutionary fixed diameter TCN net in the product production, learning of production processes during visits to companies.
During the internship in Europe, visits to advanced companies and their production sites are planned, such as:
- VISKO TEEPAK – production facilities in Lommel – Belgium
- VISCOFAN – production facilities in Tajonar-Navarra – Spain
- DEVRO – production facilities in Jilemnice, Czech Republic
- BEMA PACKAGING GROUP – production facilities in Waddinxveen, the Netherlands
As part of the internship, the delegation will be able to explore the innovative market for the food casing production for sausage and meat products on the example of the leading European companies, new technologies used, discuss product quality issues, visit the centers of excellence of the companies visited and production sites.
