Programme Objectives: To develop strategic competencies such as systems thinking, business modelling, innovation, crisis management, problem solving, continuous reinvention, and other cross-functional strategic competencies;
As a result of the training: participants will receive a unique learning experience with speakers connecting management practice with scientific basis, as well as company visits and practical visits to specified companies within the programme;
